Run by Pilates Instructor; Brianna-Lee, this class will provide a balance of fitness and strength to help reduce pain, increase mobility, rehabilitation after surgery and injury and improve overall wellbeing. Exercises are specific to each individual and are performed on various Pilates equipment, which provides control and quality of the movement. Classes are for up to 4 people and are suitable for all fitness levels and pre/post-pregnancy.
